Feedback Requested For ADRC 2022-2024 Aging Plan
The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Buffalo and Pepin Counties, otherwise known as the ADRC, is committed to helping individuals aged 60+ and adults with disabilities, along with their caregivers/family members, to live independently and with dignity; providing them unbiased information, programs, & services.
The ADRC is responsible for creating an Aging Plan for 2022-2024. This plan provides us with an opportunity to set local goals based on the current and future needs of our communities. Please share your ideas with us and return the completed survey to the Buffalo or Pepin County Courthouse by 3/12/2021.

We provide unbiased information about the providers and services in your community, as well as information regarding their availability, estimated costs, etc. Our team of professionals will work with you to find the right fit of options for your individual situation, and will provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions.

Although walk-ins are welcome, we prefer people to call ahead and schedule an appointment.
